- **What is a luxury beach picnic?** A luxury beach picnic is a styled setting for enjoying time together by the water. Coastal Celebrations includes two hours, low tables, floor seating, coordinated settings, seasonal florals, LED candles, a personalized board, water, and speaker, plus setup and breakdown. One umbrella is included when conditions allow. Food is not included; bring your own or arrange delivery. Boho Bash does not provide alcohol, and no glass is allowed on the beach.
- **What types of occasions are suitable for a styled picnic?** Birthdays, anniversaries, and gatherings with your favorite people are a lovely fit for Coastal Celebrations. For a gender reveal, choose The Reveal Moment (up to 45 minutes for two) or The Reveal Picnic (a complete two-hour luxury picnic for two). Extra guests and enhancements are available separately.
- **Can a picnic setup be tailored to my celebration?** Yes! Seasonal florals complement your palette. A fully custom color palette starts at $100. Exact floral varieties, specialty or abundant florals, chair seating and rentals, and rose pathways or installations are quoted separately. Photography, desserts, arches, and other enhancements are available at an additional cost.
- **Where do you set up?** I style picnics and celebrations in Sarasota and surrounding beaches. Share your preferred location when you inquire so I can confirm the details. Travel fees may apply outside our core Sarasota area.
- **What happens if it rains?** Weather decisions and rescheduling follow our weather policy. Umbrellas depend on wind, weather, and safe installation. Your 50% booking retainer is non-refundable.
- **How do I reserve my date?** Send your date, occasion, guest count, and preferred location through the inquiry form. I confirm availability and pricing, then send your invoice and agreement. Complete your agreement and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer within three days of your invoice to secure your date. Unpaid dates are released after that window.
- **Do you offer setups for larger groups?** Yes! Coastal Celebrations offers two-hour group picnics with starting prices of $350 for 3–4 guests, $500 for 5–6, $625 for 7–8, and from $750 for 9–12. Groups of 13 or more receive a custom quote and an 18% event service charge. Optional gratuity is appreciated. Setup and breakdown are included.
